It's close quarters, so figure it out. I got loaded within 2 hours. No overnight parking. Busy place. You have to back in and park before you check in. They'll ask you for 6 digit pu# starting with 8. Don't put tandems back until your lined up with dock. Vending machines.

Been waiting over 3 hours now. Appointment time came and went. They want load delivered 840 miles away in 36 hours. Will be physically impossible by the time I actually get called for a dock, back in, get loaded, get BOL, and get out of here.
Got there at 9 appointment was 215 loaded and gone before 10 great place and people
Reading reviews a little nervous coming here, but great experience for pick up. Appt at 3 pm, arrived early plenty of place to park and wait. Promptly at 3 pm put in a dock and loaded by 3:37 pm.
Bad place for a pickup. Arrived 1:30 pm, appointment 2 pm. I've been standing for 3 hours already, they didn't give the dock, they cheat on shipping and don't say how long to wait !!! Other drivers waiting 4-5 hours.

Don't come here to get loaded. I have waited to get loaded from 1:15pm and still waiting it is 9:30pm now . The women from night shift was very rude .
I have great experience, overnights parking, restroom inside the building, my delivery done with in 30 min. No waiting
If you come here to load everything, consider that you have lost the day arrived at 2:00 o'clock left at 12:00.
