InContact has terrible implementation, and will promise features that don't exist. However post implementation if you pay for a TAM Their customer support is good. Their system is also fairly intuitive.
I went there for an AWS seminar and was impressed with the facility. Very clean building and the training rooms are awesome and spacious. Very good hosts.
Most of the five star reviews seem to be posted by employees about the building. We're an actual inContact customer and our experience so far has been dismal.
There have been multiple implementation delays, technical issues and features that were promised that actually didn't exist or didn't work...
You guys honestly suck. The company I work for use your services and honestly have to say we have more issues than anything. The good reviews on here are from your employees who should take their reviews to Glassdoor.
