Worked here for a year and a half. Really enjoyed the staff and work environment. Very family oriented and developmental. The heart behind the work was great to help reduce energy waste for schools and churches. Highly recommend seeing what these folks can do to help.
Ideal Impact does the bare minimum in improvements to help organizations save money. Great sales team not so much for the rest of their staff. Definitely worth going another direction. High turnover of staff during our time with them.
