Went for Afternoon Tea. The sevice was not good, waited 45 minutes for anyone to bring food to table. I had to find a manager to help, who was not much help. Once th food arrived it was good, but the experience was ruined for me because of the terrible service.

Best Hotel in Houston! This hotel is an Italian oasis, it feels like a home away from home. My husband and I had a magical experience from the moment of arrival until the moment we departed. Immaculate and large rooms, lovely pool with a jacuzzi. It is the best place to stay and relax.
