All the signs of a company going out of business. Overcharge and under perform. Grossly overcharged us and then had a third party actually do the job horribly.

Very rude. Outdated and funny design. Their presentation look like we are in the 70's. For god's sake buy some software or hire the right people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Hargrove doubled-down when I presented physical evidence of their lies and deceptive practices at work. Quoted for $500 and instead was charged $1800. They also outsourced the shipping to the cheapest and worst reviewed Currier in the surrounding area.
The person in charge of their customer experience is rude and unprofessional. I would stay far away!

Continually waiting to be unloaded. Dock staff seems uninterested in performing their duties. Receiving g hours say 7:30am-4pm but they don't take anyone after 11am until 12:30 because of "lunch".
Bit tight, but personal was very helpful. Spent 2 hours on the yard and 2 hours in the dock.
