We had ordered cheese deep dish pizza ., small size .. we were just 2 people , it was weekend ., we had to wait like 70-80 minutes to get that .. hell lot of crowd , n pizza had way too much cheese , its what we had asked for but it was so heavy , we wer not able to eat it full .. hope we have offer...
Giordano's has really good pizza, but that's pretty much it. The pasta isn't special, the waiters aren't that great, but the pizza is worth coming for. The deep dish spinach and the thin crust cheese pizzas are really good! Peanut free pizza!
We had a wonderful visit at Giordano's on Jackson Blvd. Although we did experience a small problem, our server immediately called for the manager, Mark. He came without hesitation and corrected the error. We were very well taken care of at Giordano's. I highly recommend this establishment & be sure ...
Had a great lunch here yesterday. Naomi was our server and was very friendly, helpful and communicated well regarding our order. First time eating a real Chicago style pizza. Was amazing.
Loved this pizza! Didnt go to the other deep dish pizzas and this was my first chicago style deep dish pizza and for what its worth i thought it was one of the best pies i have ever had. My son hates stringy cheese but the pizza was so good it didnt bug him one bit.
Great place to stop by eat and enjoy yourself. Deep dish does take quite a bit to bake. Other wise if you don't want to wait go with thin crust. Awesome staff, kind, friendly, and very helpful for first timers. There is a large to medium size dinning area. On the other size is a bar.
From Atlanta soon as we got here asked who had the best deep dish pizza in Chicago and everyone we asked said Giordanos and they didnt lie, Best pizza ive ever had perfectly made from crust to cheese. So happy we decided to wait and have the best the Chi has to offer.
Food is overrated and to expensive.....The Hostess who seated us had a HUGE attitude when my wife asked for a booth for some strange reason.......not going back........the location was cool.....my wife commented on her bathroom being trashed......pee on floor and no papertowles....plus an overflowin...
Locals think its the best place for deep dish but my husband doesn't like it so we got thin crust. Toppings really good but crust had no flavor. We also got the cheese triangles which were yummy and the skillet cookie which was hard and dried out.
Delicious food. I'm not much of a pizza person so I got the chicken florentine and it was amazing, but I tried a bit of their deep dish pizza my husband had and it was very good. Definitely worth a visit!
Typically 45min wait for quite good deep dish pizza. They had me sit at the bar even though they had many tables empty ... but they considered them "closed" even though some people still sitting at some there. They are just too lazy cleaning once the restaurant is actually closed and rather let peop...
We've been coming to Giordanos for a couple years now whenever we visit Chicago and have tried different locations every time. They never disappoint! It's always an amazing experience! Great pies, great atmosphere! The places are always packed but the stuff does a great job of handling it, moving pe...
I was hoping that the pizza would be as good as the first time I tried it 12 years ago and it was great! We brought our kids to Chicago for their first time and Giordano's did not disappoint. We walked from the JW Marriott down the street and even order dessert (chocolate chip cookie skiller). My k...
Good restaurant for classic Chicago-style Deep Dish Pizza and Meatballs. Close to the park area and Willis Tower makes is a great place to stop from sightseeing.
Ate here on our first day visiting Chicago. A small pizza is like a large because it is so thick and rich. Prepare for a 45 minute wait for your pizza to be made from scratch and it s worth waiting for. Service is great and ambiance is cosy and is in the middle of a great area to shop.
I've come to Chicago five times in total and was never able to have any deep diah pizza. As a first experience towards the long awaited taste im glad I went with such a brilliant place. Absolutely wonderful
You feel like getting the infamous Chicago style pizza, this is your spot.. Besides that, their appetiser options and alcohol is fairly acceptable. The place is well-kept and had a quaint feel to it.
Although the deep-dish Chicago-style pizza was good, I felt the sauce lacked flavor. Given the stellar reputation of Giordano's, I expected to be blown away but was slightly disappointed. I've had pizza just as good at a place called Klavon's in Southern Michigan.
Terrible place. Not sure how often this happens. I, my three year old daughter, and my mother-in-law went to savor the famous deep dish at this Giordano's on our visit to Chicago. For more context, we are of Indian origin. Half hour after I order the pizza I flag the waitress who was serving us aski...
To be honest we did have to wait for our food but the service was fast and our server was quick, respectful, and nice. I would recommend this to close friends but only close friends.
This was a mixed experience. The place looked more like a Pizza Hut, so not my style. Pizza is overpriced. Lasagna and the chicken wings were very good. Deep dish pizza takes 45 mins which is ok at a nice place and larger company, but the 2 of us didn't want to wait that long.
I had Deep Dish pizza for the first time. It was impressive but we were not able to eat as the heat comes down!! It should be eaten when the pizza is still hot.
Good menu and reasonably priced. Of course we love the deep dish pizza and had to stop by while we were in town. Our waiter was great although he was busy. Would have like to have seen a teamwork atmosphere where servers and hosts help each other. I feel that is important so that is why there is a 3...
The best pizza I've ever had. The deep dishes are amazing. First time trying Chicago pizza and I am not disappointed. The wait time for the deep dish pizzas are 35-45 minutes, though they are worth it.
Really good service and problem solving!!!!!!Long wait and when we received the pizza at or table it was the wrong pizza. They solved the problem Giving us another pizza because or little kids don't like barbecue. The second pizza was good. The disapointment was that I did not get to taste the pizza I...
Was recommended to girlfriend by a coworker when they found out we would be in Chicago on a layover. 10/10, highly recommend. Not only was the pizza fantastic, the service was exceptional. We had initially ordered online for pick-up, but the manager was more than happy to accommodate us when we arri...
It has by far the best food compared to other Giordano's. Deep dish pizza is a must try especially if you are not from Chi town, I love harvest salad as well. The portions are huge, beware when you order, and yes- deep dish pizza takes 45 minutes but it is worth it. Don't miss this place if you are ...
A must-taste Chicago pride! Leans towards the salty side, but the pizza is undoubtedly succulent! The serving is big....even the small size with 6 slices was too much for us, three Asians. Price is just right. Restaurant service, though, is rather slow with only a few servers waiting on the many cus...
Loved the experience. The only weird part is that you order first and sit back down and wait for a table. Which made us feel rushed. But staff was excellent. We were in a hurry and decided to take it to-go at the last minute bc we had to catch a flight and the staff was accommodating.
The place is nice the Deep Dish Za is great, great atmosphere plenty of things to see inside. Good location without further detail you're gonna love the place if you're into Good ZA.
Walking distance from where i was staying...had to try Chicago Deep Dish for the first time. Perfect place to come to. Pretty easy to gorge; it's as if they took a wheel of mozzarella and worked pizza dough around it, served on a cake stand. Tough place to dine solo as far as completing a meal, b...
