The nurses and the Doctor I saw were very helpful and very professional.. but my appointment was at 10 am, I arrivedata 950. I was not called back for my physical until 11: 25.. not cool.

I thought it was ridiculous to have to wait for 1 hour for blood work to done. I know if I would have done it earlier I might have been taken care of sooner but if you can not miss work you have to do it when you can.

Got to my doctors within a few minutes. Waited about five minutes before I went back to the room. Waited another five minutes before the doctor came in. Talked to the doctor for around fifteen minutes then left. Less than thirty minutes I was done. Got good information so I left a happy patient.
You're phone answering system leaves a lot to be desired! I hate not talking directly to Concord Family Medicine when I call their number. Also, your audio for the hold is truly awful!

I think Elkhart Clinic got their remodel right. Such a beautiful open design. I was very comfortable with being able to have plenty of space around me. The personnel were as always top notch and very courteous.

I thought I could run in and do a blood draw in a half way decent time, ordered from my doctor. I get there and I was eighth in line. It appeared there were only 2 doing labs. I'm sorry but a 45 minute wait was not acceptable. I left thououghly disgusted.
