Incompetent rude staff. My brother was a resident here for ~2 years and had multiple items stolen from him, including most recently his wallet. I have filed a formal complaint with IDPH. This place should be shut down.
The people hear are rude and ignorant and unprofessional and they lie to family members and they are racist against Mexicans

This place is a dump just housing mentally ill persons...they still have access to street drugs and put as many as 4 people to a room.
