Roya Atmar has helped me organize and send my paperwork in order to sponsor my husband. His papers were more complicated than others, but with her help he was able to come to get the PR visa. So I have had an excellent experience

Excellent service!

Excellent service!
The front desk employee was very helpful, polite and friendly.
Mr. Rivas provided me with all the information I needed. He's very efficient ,approachable and very knowledgeable on immigration matters. I am very impressed.

This is very important place because it provides huge services for immigrants, newcomers through social cultural oriention session and organizes professional training courses which develope immigrants ,newcomers and other citizens skills and helps them so much to adapt or asimilate with new society...

Really disappointed with the services, had an hour...

Really disappointed with the services, had an hour appointment and the person was 20 minutes late to see me and said she doesn't have enough time to help, that i should go online and i can find everything in the website! Then what was the point of going there and see her!!!

The staff is nice and friendly, we've had success in getting our family members to come visit Canada with the help we received.
The receptionists tone of voice and attitude towards people is disturbing. She should get some communication training.
