We went for the art show, strangely, we didn't love it. The food options were limited (fries, pretzels, hot dogs, etc) nothing too fun or special. We were hoping for more local art but many people were from out of state.
Well to say we enjoyed ourselves is a understatement. It was romantic it was on the environment was great the staff was friendly and helpful I definitely give five stars really easy to this place you won t regret it either
We came for the last weekend of the season. Snow was well groomed. They pack alot of fun in a small resort. The lift lines were short, kickers were well made, and we didn't hit many icy patches. Staff are friendly and accommodated our large family in the 2nd floor restaurant.
Pricey. But then again, probably most winter sport areas. Not too crowded, even on a Sunday, though. No lines & the best snow that you can get, considering the weather conditions.
Being open until late evening even during weekdays? that's just plain awesome.
It's fun but if you've been to larger resorts, you'll feel it repetitive quickly. A minute or 2 down and into chairlift lines. Maybe 5 mins down if you go edge to edge making turns on longer hills.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I paid for snow lessons but my schedule changed so I could no longer attend them. I called the first week of January for a refund and was told that I could come by and get my refund on a gift card. I saw that Boston Mills was op...
This place was amazing from beginning to end. The line was huge, but somehow moved extremely quickly and Swiftly. At the booth the employees were friendly, helpful, cheerful, and inviting. I had no idea how to ski at all and the trainer helped me till I got the hang of it. Definitely recommend this ...
Great place when I go there everything is so organized, the workers are nice and Even when there is a warm front Boston Mills is ready with a fleet of snow macines. Also their is a great emergency force always at the ready if you ever get hurt. As a bonus their is a ski/snowboard shop next to the re...
Boston Mills/Brandywine are my home hills. I live 20 mins away so it on a whim I have decide to head down and do some runs on the hills. (Ohio pass ftw!) Have been snowboarding for around 6 years now and started on the bunny hills at both resort.
Very happy with both resort's facilities. Between ...
Its a fun place to go and learn how to ski but the prices are way over priced. And i whent there yesterday and broke my shin severly if it wernt for some kind people i would of been laying on the ground by myself with no help they need more staff and like a ptrol helping fallen people. But i have to...
Brandywine is better for absolute beginners. Both nice for intermediate to advanced. Not huge runs but fun. Pricey, but hey, its skiing in Ohio. Nice terrain parks with boxes and ramps. Fridays can be packed with high schools and college in the evening.
I have been going here for 35 years and its been a great place when it was privately owned .Now that Vail resorts has bought them it appears to me they are raising their prices to the extreme for aplace that is just a hill . I dont see any senior rate so far and the old Pick a Day passes are gone . ...
Long lines, no organization, need to rope off the lines or have more staff. I don't mind spending the money for good family fun but I don't like only getting 8 runs down the hill in three hours. Very disappointed. We won't be back. Go to Snow Trails in Mansfield. They limit the amount of tickets...
Alittle busy with kids on Friday during the day but thins out early evening. They do a great job of watching everyone n maintaining the hills. Its well lit up at night n so much fun for everyone. Before you plan a trip, I would call and make sure they are open and there is plenty of snow. Know your...
Close by and right in the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest. This is our 1st year using this facility and has been a good time. Food and drink is on site and there is a deck to observe some of the slopes when taking a break.
I larned how to ride here as a kid. BM/BW/Alpine are fantastic places to learn. If you're looking to just ride it can get boring quick. Unless dodging children with poor etiquette is fun to you. The terrain parks are pretty simple too but that's what I go for. It definitely turns a rather basic plac...
It's one of the best places to go in Ohio but its still Ohio so its nothing crazy. Fun terrain parks though and the hills are normally maintained pretty well
First place I ever skied....way back in 1966. Joannie White of Cuyahoga Falls. Live in Michigan now and bring my grandson Tucker down to Ohio for a ski holiday!
Actual trash, i am a loyal season pass owner, my friend bought a season pass and dropped his card off of the ski lift, they said it would cost $25 dollars to print out another plastic card. A square of plastic for $25 dollars after paying hundreds for the season pass?
It's great for new people learning to ski because it's close for people in Ohio. I think it's a little bit expensive for the small hills and old run down lifts. There are good deals like student id night or ladies nights to make the cost a little better.
Great place especially for us beginners Decided to take the family and see what Boston Mills skiing was like. The website info wasn't current but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. An instructor, JoAnn even got her wraps back on after she clocked out to give us a lesson! Thanks
My kids have been skiing here for 3 years now with their schools ski club!! Do NOT bring any of your own equipment because they have people who have figured out that Brandywine does not care about your items and there security is crap so thieves go around and take what ever they see of value that th...
Instructor was very helpful and helped me get everything I needed as a noob who had never been there before. Slopes are decent and you certainly cant beat $1 rentals or college night!
Great family fun. The place was nice and clean and the hills were well groomed. My young son loved his first ski trip. Food is very expensive but that is to be expected. They did great fitting my 5 yr old with appropriate skis and Boots and happily let us try a few on to get the right size.
This is the worst managed resort. 1. My daughter has a spine injury and a doctor s note. We bought season passes. Before the season began we asked if we could transfer it to someone else or use next year and they said -sorry, there is nothing we can do. 2. The slopes are dangerous. A. They are to...
I can t stress enough how mismanaged this place is. Horrible customer service, and the staff at Polar express is extremely rude. The slopes don t even run in warm weather and they all know it, but they will gladly take your money with a smile. When you ask for your refund, they simply point to a si...
Love that this place is so close to home. But not very big. Maybe I've been spoiled by going to holiday valley so much being it's only about 3 hours away and lift tickets don't cost a lot more. But some get me wrong. It's always fun here. Just hope there isn't a ton of people otherwise lift lines ca...
Last time I went to brandywine the exit ramp on the top of a hill had jagged metal sticking out of a lifts ramp that scarred my board. I couldn't do anything about riding right over it. I haven't been back.
It is a good place to learn the basics but I have an idea you guys should make a downhill mountain bike park in the summer and the skiing in the winter
I love snowboarding there. The service is great and the instructors are very nice and informitive. I would no doubt recommend this resort to anyone. The slopes are always well groomed. The slopes are great, there are some for beginners and for advanced skiers and snowboarders. I always buy a season ...
Course was all ice and fake snow. They should have closed it down if the conditions were going to be that bad. Fell and got injured. Would never have happened that way if there was powder. Never going back here again.
