Would NOT recommend this company. I bought a Sauna from them and it arrived broken. Have spent the last two months trying to get a refund. They offer a full no questions asked return policy. All a lie. They have ignored all my attempts to return a broken product. Buyer Beware
Do not buy these products. Customer service is nonexistant. No one ever answers the phone. I bought my pump through Home Depot, it only lasted 7 months. Unable to search parts online, or get a person to process the warranty. I suppose you get what you pay for... and this is garbage.
One star is way to many. I have called 8 times leaving message, phone number for 3 weeks. Nothing nada. Ordered a hammock and is missing 4 of the flipping poles for assembly! What a joke of a company.....
