i spent over $12,000 on shutters years ago with this company and needed some repairs, it took 4 calls before anyone bothered to call me back. someone finally came out and fixed 1 shutter and i was told i needed motors for 2 more and someone would get an electrician to call me, guess what havent hear...
I can write a review as when I had them installed computers were not popular , in fact nobody owned one , that long ago.I Have never called the company for any issues at all , I had 20 shutters fitted most were motorised and they are still all working perfect , you get what you pay for!
