They have had some problems with the extra bed that was not on time and with the sheets, bedspread and tapiflex that were full of blood. They solved it quickly, yes.
The hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. Recommended if you go with children.

Huge hotel, spectacular pool, but difficult to get a hammock. People saturation problem. Very friendly and efficient staff. Food ok but I think not enough for the standard of the hotel. The access to the beach is beautiful but it is a 10 minute walk.
