It's a good agency, I'm a repeat customer when in Bucharest. The higher end cars tend to be Mercedes Benz, usually with good extras (though, not always great engines). Service prompt, no issues with the cars.
I used their services twice in both locations (Intercontinental and airport). I was quite satisfied with both the service and the cars. If they are minor scratches on the car ( 1-2cm), it will not be mentioned in the report, but they do not make you pay for them either;
