They have reopened this place 1 or 2 months before but the service is very slow as they have limited staff. The location is really good as all the famous places are nearby, like Charminar, NTR gardens, Lumbini Park, Tank Bund etc. They need to do painting and repair work as rooms are not that good....

Poor service, hell a lot of dust all around, lot of mosquito's, air conditioning is too weak, when asked for, manager says that the vents aren't working, you would have sat at other place... nonsense, how can we change the seat mid way while eating...Bottled water is being charged 53/- that too of B...
This castle is a great place to stay with family, real comfort, class and elegance. Stayed for 4 days along with my wife. A Wonderful experience. The Rooms are big and cozy. The shower in the bathroom is really awesome. The hotel staffs are very friendly helpful and co - operative. I am impressed.

I had great experience there, It has ancient Castle like ambience and decor which make it completely unique in many ways. I enjoyed in pool too. You'll get so many background to click photos for instagram. Overall good experience.
