Paula went out of her way to assist me with a vintage ring, she suggested converting it to a pendent and I love the finish product, it looks amazing and was completed on time. I received wonderful customer service and will return to AmRhein's when I need jewelry repairs or purchases!

Lindsay was a dream! She helped me with everything...

Lindsay was a dream! She helped me with everything from finding my dress to my veil and hair piece! She made sure I was happy with everything and even helped me to stay in my price range and feel really great about my purchase! I would highly recommend Amrheins and especially Lindsay!

Had a David Yurman ring fixed there and when returned the stone was sunken in. I had to take it to Fink's to be repaired. They also kept a Tag watch for 5 weeks and then returned it without being repaired. They will give you nothing when trading in, then mark up your piece 300%, Don't repair or trad...

Couldn't find the style of ring I wanted anywhere. They were very helpful ordering the specific setting I wanted and building it for me! They were respectful of our budget and didn't try to push anything more expensive on us. Delivered a gorgeous ring in a timely manner! So happy with the service.
