This is a horrible company I ve never went through so many hoops just to get catheters. I keep calling and everyone gives me a different answer. It s taking 4 weeks to get catheters and still going through loop holes. After I get my first order definitely going with another company. Very frustrating...
They dont care about the patients, almost every order has been wrong...when we call to have fixed they intentionally make you feel like it's your fault they sent the wrong size bag. Avoid them at all cost.
I visited the Hudson store after a phone call to see if they had the device I needed, very helpful on the phone and even more helpful when I arrived. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff as well. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We have been ordering ileostomy supplies for 3 years. ABC has always called us when our 90-day supply is due to be re-ordered. If we aren't home, they leave a message, as well as call us the next day. Always friendly and helpful, and orders are shipped promptly.
