I been involved with this organization for over ten years. Very good place to deal with..they have a cafe and activities. Various things to do with relation to the handicap..no matter what the problem .

Kind and polite employees,has food twice a week and activities for handicap people,but the home attendants suck,and they think they know everything on 3 days worth of training, impossible to get jobs there,and they hire people off the street but give them nothing to do,some of the attendants steal

It's very very nice and also very big it has a gym to work out in a gym to play basketball in a lunchroom and also other attractions the only thing wrong is it's so far one mile past the airport

I really don't want to rate them at all the most un professional experience ever the most inexperienced company in erie pa they hire anyone and everyone the staff especially does not care about their consumers at all I wouldn't suggest anyone to bring their loved ones ro vfi.

They really care about their consumers and they helperd me A LOT ! I recommend their services to anyone who has a disability! And they are always finding things for people with disabilities to do, like intercating with the community, personal weight training, and other things ! A win win !

I have a friend, who has a VFI "worker, ", who really does NOTHING for her, I dont know who to send complaint to.
I have emailed Seneca office, no response.

They are an absolute top notch organization. The care they provide are above and beyond what could be expected. They have a gym and playground. They do numerous activities at the office throughout the year as well.
