Then transferred me to their manager and the call was terminated.

College Board has to make a change to let the tests and exams to be more fair to everyone in terms of examination forms, time, fees, and contents.

Worst institution known to man. Despite constant problems with testing and troubles of the pandemic, College Board still goes forth with cash grab tests when the regents exams, rightfully so, are cancelled.
