I have been going to Strand for over 20 years. This is the reason there are book stores. I brought my kids and they loved it.
Years ago, I gave four stars to Strand, mainly because of the idea of business models for reselling books. To celebrate this is to ignore that authors don t receive royalties if remaindered books are purchased.

Such a large selection of books. Unfortunately, I did not see a metaphysical/body, mind & spirit section and no staff available that I could ask. I went around 2pm & this place was PACKED! So many people. I will definitely be going back in the morning.
