you'll get fired for attending a funeral and dont get sick bc 6points policy does not exist, got fired for having 2 points. supervisors nor human resources seem to have a clue about anything. training is done by temps. they pass bad parts to Toyota just to keep up their production.
The pay is low. Upper management will sometimes listen but never correct the problems. The only good thing about this place is the insurance.
Took forever to get my interview & just to be told no, but I already had a higher paying job wait so their lost.
I should have known something wrong with the place when there was 11+ people wait when I arrived, & lack organization when they said to a few people there there were no openings any more...
