Absolutely horrible customer service. The people working there must get paid to do NOTHING. Only time you get a call back is if you threaten to call the news. Iris told us on a Friday she would call us Monday with some sort of resolution because once again the vehicle we are paying 500 a month for was broken down AGAIN. Monday goes by...
No call. Thursday comes and I told them I would call the news if I didn't receive a phone call back. Received one within five minutes. These people are a joke.
