I attended an interview. I am a fresher. It contains 3 rounds and I reached final round on that 3 rounds that before the CEO round. I couldn't accept their opinion about the candidates. They want a knowledgeable candidates but with the knowledge of remembering not a calculating. I was rejected because of a non-technical question. They just forget about my presentation at the same round with the technical solutions. I made a proper solution they accept that. but they don't want that. And also they don't have a good questioner who asks the question with you.They want a person who already knows the answer not who calculates the answer for a mathematical question .

Bad experience for me. And unexpected result from them.

But a great place to work. Good approaching. And they have much more consideration with their employees.

Good place to start the career as a fresher.Try to impress them with your analytical skills because they don't want programmatical skills with also the enough knowledge in it. They won't ask about that.
