In terms of service they are very below average, first from pillar to post and I am still waiting for the twice promised callback.
The integrated 3-point Kai locks are a disaster and you cannot just mount anything else in them.
After 9 years, the lock is worn out (construction errors).
No wonder they don't call back!

Absolutely no more Kegro doors for us!
