Simple computer issue, but was advised inaccurately. He wanted me to buy one of their refurbished models because it would be less expensive than relaxing the power port
Uhhhmmmm. Nope.
I researched online and did the simple fix myself, which was a sort of reset. I am not tech person.
He lied.
