In getting the insurance thru Vela point is a great experience. They took the money out of the account just fine. BUT, I have NOT received any confirmation or cards in the mail
So, I have been very disappointed in the insurance. I just hope that they will cover in doctor's appointment that I have today. I am very unsure.
