The service department is not dependable. We called for a repair, they said their turn times were 2 to 3 days, DAY 3 would have been Monday, February 3, 2014 and now we are very concerned because it is snowing/freezing in Dallas Texas and our issue is becoming worse. They are now telling me the turntime is 11 to 14 days.
