This company has the worst customer service. I recently used them for a garage lighting retrofit. They completely erred on the tender process and we ended up using their specified product, instead of the product specified on the tender. We had between 150-200 fixtures installed in the garage around one year ago and to date about 50 have failed. I recently submitted a service ticket on June 28, 2019 as we had another 5 failed fixtures. Now today, August 8, 2019, they have yet to respond to this service ticket and we now have 15 fixtures failed. I have called our Sales Rep and the Service Department on multiple instances without resolution.
I try to call to speak to someone on the phone and all I can get is a voice mail which isn't returned.
Will never be using them again in the future, no matter how cheap they are. Beware, you get what you pay for.
