The employees in the KPN store are super customer-friendly. I went to the store several times because of subscriptions and the poor WiFi connection at home.

When I went to the store for a mobile subscription, they even showed me that I could save on the subscribers I already have with the TV and a digitaine (if you write it that way).

Ultimately, the problems with the WiFi have also been resolved (so far) when a mechanic was sent to take a look.

In general, very satisfied with KPN and their service in the store!
