I'm a systems/network admin at my company and find it hard to get to microcenter. This place has a wide array of parts that are usually hard to find and expensive because they aren't made anymore. I can't speak to their diagnostic skills or repair prices, but I can say they have excellent customer service.

I will most certainly be back and will be checking with them before hitting up Microcenter. I love supporting small businesses and we need these guys to succeed. Please continue to support them.
