Horrible pool building experience. Project manager couldn't have cared less about us. We had a number of problems including going without water over a weekend and another going without gas for days in the middle of winter. Each was a result of the construction. He would not answer his phone after 6 PM even when my family was freezing at night and over the weekend. We had a gas leak. He wouldn't answer his phone. He simply didn't care. And the company, in general, didn't seem to think his behavior was an issue.
