Nice people, but when you go in for computer issue...

Nice people, but when you go in for computer issues and they say they are 2 weeks out minimum AND there are three employees standing around doing nothing it makes me think there are better places to spend my money and time.

I even called ahead and they said to bring it in. Wish they would have told me it was minimum two weeks out over the phone. I won't be coming back.
