I used it on Dunzo. Simpl double billed me or billed me differently from what was showing as delivery charges of Dunzo.

Simpl does not have a customer helpline it even chat support to resolve issues. Highly aggravating !

I would rather use Paytm which is tried and tested and has never had issues of this sort.

I do not recommend it until they fix the glitches in their app
