Yesterday (18/10/2019) I recharged Rs. 50 Top-up plan for my Jio prepaid#. I received an email from Simpl Pay (see image) stating that transaction successfully for Rs. 50. When I called that Jio number to other network persons, it's not connected. So I called to Jio, they said that please contact that Simpl pay for further assistance. Because we can't see that recharge history (see image). So emailed to Simpl. Still waiting for their response. This is my first and recent issue by Simpl Pay recharge.
