I went in for an oil change and tire rotation , I was the second walk in that day n it took 3 hrs to do the service .they pulled the car in and it sat there for an hour before anybody did anything to it the counter guy was very rude wen I asked him about it will never go to the store in vandalia Ohio location again!!!
