This was such a disappointment since it was Eaton Centre! The employees are standing around talking to each other. When I approached one, they moved away. Usually, they are supposed to come up and offer their assistance. I had to request help from the cashier since the brand new products are all hidden away. But the cashier was very nice and helpful.
