The staff at Meridian Home Mortgage is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. There were 2 issues that did arise: their estimate of my home value and the availability of their staff. My home value was over estimated by $12,000! which caused me some major challenges when my cash out was substantially reduced! Also, their staff can be difficult to reach in the afternoon during normal business hours.
