Has anyone ever gotten a hold of them on the phone? I ve been on hold for over 30 minutes and nothing. My friend has been calling with questions and she s only gotten voicemail and no callback. I ve been considering using them for spa services but if I can t even get them on the phone, I don t think I ll be visiting this place.
