SCAMMERS, WHO DOES NOT STOP HACKING ME.
I subscribed to an insurance for my two cats, at first they send me documents no problem I paid in the 50 euros for the expenses of file etc,
then next month I receive an email or a call saying that I have to pay 50 euros because I did not authorize the withdrawal (I was not even aware) and yet I said to the gentleman on the phone (obnoxious sir ) yet super lady on the phone when it came to registering, so be careful even if you say that you are not aware for direct debits they don't care.

So I ask that they leave me alone and leave others who have been ripped off.
