I had scheduled my appointment with one stylist who was at a higher level. I was feeling like my stylist was not as experienced as I expected and I inquired if I had the same person I made the appointment with.. I did not.. apparently that stylist had gone home sick. But they did not inform me at check in. This was disappointing, but in the end my haircut was okay.
