I came all the way from West New Jersey to this office just to get my High School Evaluation and what I ve got was a wrong Last name even though the last name that they put on the envelope was right. I do understand sometimes it s just happened so I emailed them (twice ) and they didn t respond back. So I decided to called and tell them to correct my last name (twice ). Finally I got it corrected but it took a couple more days
