I purchased a Gold Crown Membership in which they stated verbally and in writing that I would never have to pay any additional fees for ever. However in 2016 they arbitrarily imposed a new annual fee. As long as I refuse to pay this illegal fee I can not access their web site. I will not pay this fee and I am pursuing legal action.
