I have paid my car loan on time every month, however they reported me late twice within the last 3 months. After disputing it with the credit bureau they still indicated that they were correct and I was wrong. By the way Southeast Toyota Finance is a division of Omni Financial and it appears that when the payments are made on line with Toyota somehow or another it is not recorded with Omni.
What a nightmare!! I guess time to find legal representation... Never again will I ever financed a vehicle with this lender.
