I called this firm in hopes of receiving relief on my property taxes but was immediately thrown off on how rude the secretary Alana was on the phone. I simply did not understand how the process worked and had a few questions for her, but she was very dismissive and was very irritated by the end of the call.

I do not recommend this firm to anyone. They should encourage professionalism and good customer service to their employees.
