I have been trying to get my money back or my merc...

I have been trying to get my money back or my merchandise since Feb.2016. Mr. Bradley Graham took my money but has not sent goods.
I have tried calling Esty and all I get is a fax connection where it is supposed
to be a telephone. I would like my merchandise or refund.
