2nd time. they have done the mistake. Very inefficient and poor service.
Sent me Window Home edition than Pro. Took 3 days to call me for New Computer. Drove Brampton to Markham. Guy on front desk has no idea! Gave a sitting loose computer and old keyboard ,mouse with Window Pro. came home and started the computer and it says your Window is Not active due to Non-valid digital license.

Worst product and customer experience. Best buy is losing its Goodwill due to these Vendors. Will never buy anything again and not recommend!!
