I purchased 4 bags from Mama Joans bags they are terribly made and the price is outrageous I tried multiple time to settle with this seller. after may conversations back and forth I don't trust her at all. I sent her a pic and was told by Joan Seidel that I didn't to pay to have the product sent back even though the workmanship was terrible. I told her I was disabled and asked for her to have the post office pick it up I was told by her she couldn't do that and I had to pay shipping back for a product that was of poor quality. I posted on a facebook group and got messages from several girls that have had similar problems with her. I was also told she made bags for a retreat and many girls were disappointed with the bags they received from her.the girls told me to check the other bags I got and they all were the same. when I did a review she went back and lied. she can't be trusted. i asked for etsy legal dept to call me and they can hardly be bothered if you use etsy make sure you use paypal they stand behind the customer
