I was unhappy because I was charged for customs and taxes by DHL on a purchase made on the website. I made a complaint on the Wolf and Badger website. An operative got back to me within a day and said it was a mistake they were going to correct with DHL. They have a very good customers service.
The choice of products and quality is also great.
