Very disappointing service. I deal with factors a lot and DC are by far the worst. I dealt with someone called Ashley who didn't seem to care about the issue i was phoning about, seemed like she couldn't be bothered and didn't e-mail me back when she said she would. I had to phone back up and then received a completely unhelpful e-mail from her. Hopefully i don't have to deal with them again
