Brought my car in for a RT Door Shell in December ...

Brought my car in for a RT Door Shell in December 2019. Dropped it off in January and after TWO WEEKS I got a call to come pick up my car "the parts aren't in yet". I was asked to bring it back in for repair a week later and received a call to pick up my car "they sent the wrong part". Today, MARCH 4, 2020 I am receiving a message "the GM engineers are re-engineering the part with no estimated completion time". My insurance company referred me to this location. The parts list quoted $2156.53 and my insurance company paid them $2130.91, nearly in full minus a few dollars. This scam company took my insurance money and I'm still driving a damaged car...which is much worse considering they took it in TWICE and disassembled it TWICE. DO NOT USE THIS "FAMILY OWNED" LOCATION!
